
Cuban Mojo Pork Bowls
Easy grilled mojo pork with citrus, garlic, and rice. Ready fast, no oven required

Ingredients
Mojo Pork
- 1.5 lbs Secreto Pork Steak (can substitute for beef- flank or skirt steak would be perfect here)
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- ½ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For Bowls
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 lime wedges
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
Instructions
- Whisk olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.👉 Conversion tip: Set aside 2–3 tablespoon before adding the pork. This becomes your finishing sauce and makes the dish pop.
- Add secreto pork steak and coat well.Marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high.Grill pork 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through with a good char. Rest, then slice against the grain.
- Rice → sliced pork → cilantro → spoon over reserved citrus-garlic sauce.Finish with lime if you want extra brightness.

- Fresh citrus + fresh garlic only. It matters here.
- Don’t skip the reserved sauce step.
- Secreto cooks fast, and is really high quality pork. Pull it before it overcooks.
- You can absolutely use flank steak or skirt steak here. Even thinly sliced chicken breast or salmon would be delicious.
