Hi! I'm Lacey Watts. I’m the voice behind Savor & Shine, where good taste meets real life. I grew up just outside of Dallas and I’m a proud 10th generation Texan, so big flavors and feeding people well are just part of who I am. These days, I’m married to Jeff and raising our teenage daughter, Savannah, while running a small catering business that keeps life full in the best way.

My grandma used to tell my mom I must have been “a little Italian” because I always wanted all my people around me. Now, I have no idea what that quote actually means, but she wasn’t wrong. I’m at my best when the table is full, everyone’s relaxed, and there’s good food being passed around without much fuss.

That’s really what drives everything here. Food isn’t just about what’s on the plate, it’s about connection. It’s how we gather, celebrate, slow down, and take care of the people we love.
