
Ham & Hashbrown Casserole

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Sprinkle the diced leftover ham evenly over the hashbrowns.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham and hashbrowns.
- Top with shredded cheddar.
- Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
